For most visits, yes — one WhatsApp is enough. If it is urgent, call us and we will fit you in or direct you to the 24h hospital.
What animals do you treat?
Dogs, cats, rabbits and small pets. For exotic species we will recommend the right specialist.
What happens outside opening hours?
We work hand in hand with the 24-hour veterinary hospital in Torrevieja — the number is at the bottom of every page.
Do you speak my language?
English, Spanish and German — in person and on WhatsApp. Reports and estimates too.
Can I pay by card? Do you give estimates?
All major cards accepted, and every treatment plan comes with a written estimate before we begin.
